P.T.L

From now on I'm going to be the best I possibly can be, I know it sounds corny, but its easier said then done. Here are some goals before the next school year ends.

Category:Physical
1: Run 3 miles under 10 minutes.
2: Increase lifting weights to 10 lbs.
3: Actually lift realy weights in the Gym.
4: Do at least 500+ situps
5: Do at least 300+ pushups
6: Increase my arm and shoulders(bigger and wider)
7: Swim at least 20 laps in an Olympic sized pool non-stop.
8: Learn how to swim butterfly efficently
9: Swim butterfly for 10 laps non-stop
10: Learn how to increase abs
11: Start doing Lift-ups(basically you let your body dangle from a bar as you pull yourself up)
12: Start doing tennis
13: Get into a sport which you really like and stay in it
Category: Mentally
1: Get all 93+ next year
2: Ace AP comp sci and stats
3: Get only 1 wrong in a section of SAT
4: Start Understanding complicated math(I.E. AMC)
5: Start learning more vocabulary words and use them in a sentence.
6: Learn something new each day
7: Don't get upset when you're wrong, find out why
8: Learn some advanced math and science from mom and dad
9: Read at least 2 New York times articles each day
10: Score a 650+ on a real practice SAT in all subjects
11: Write one real SAT paragraph
12: Read all your national Geographic's that you've stopped reading
13: Be super prepared for A-team tournaments next year
14: Learn all Myths, Religions, Holidays, Philosphy, Literature, and World History
15: Get a minimum of 60 points per game in a A-Team Tournament
16: In debate try to place at every tournament
17: In debate go at least 4-1 at districts and states
18: Get to nationals.
Category: Emotions
1: Always smile, even if you don't feel it.
2: Control that quick temper of yours
3: Never get upset over something so little
4: Always talk to a friend when something is troubling you
5: Never hurt someone again or betray them
6: Try not to critizice Nathan too much
7: Try not to critizice Nathan at all
8: Don't let your emotions run your thoughts
9: Allow yourself to be open to other people
10: Be kind to at least 10 strangers(freshman before you get to know them)
11: Be kind to all your upperclass man
12: Try not to make Carrie angry
13: Be more sociable
14: Make carpool back into something enjoyable(this will be hard)
15: Spend some more time with Dad
16: Don't get quick tempered when Dad does.
17: Try not to care about stranger's opinion
Final Category: Personality
1: Always be nice
2: Never get angry easily
3: Work harder and become more dedicated
4: Work efficently
5: Get back into Piano
6: Become a Leader
7: Try to communicate clearly
8: Never stop trying to be the best
9: In debate try to make friends
10: In debate don't act aggravated.
Final Goals
1: Don't stop smiling,life's too short to frown
2: Don't get angry easily, try to calmly express your feelings rather then blowing them out.
3: Become 3x of a hardworker as you are, and 4x dedication
This is Pushing The Limits.

I'm sorry to tell you this but running 3 miles in under 10 minutes is kinda impossible. That means you have to average a bit over 3 minutes per mile. The current world record is 3:43 for 1 mile.

I know, but its worth a try, I don't think the world record holder got there by saying " I have to run 3:43" he pushed himself there. That's what I'm trying to do.

All I'm saying is set a goal that is possible to reach. 3 miles in 10 isn't.

Be careful of all your Physical goals. Don't overtax your body or you'll end up hurting yourself.
